Services & Representation

Most traffic ticket cases can be resolved without the necessity of a trial, saving you money and a trip to court. We understand, however, that in some cases a plea bargain arrangement is not satisfactory and we are more than happy to conduct a trial on your behalf. If you are interested in participating in the Broome County Traffic Diversion Program to have your charges completely dismissed, please contact us to see if you are eligible.

Consultations & Fees

All consultations regarding any traffic ticket matter or case are free of charge. If we are unable to represent you for any reason, we will do our best to help you find someone who can. Our fees start at $250.00 and we offer payment plans when needed (also ask about special discounts).
